The lymphatic follicle is a place for B lymphocyte proliferation. it can contain a lighter stained region called a germinal center.
The capsular sinus is the first region that lymph enters as it center the lymph node. It enters through afferent vessels and exits form the medulla region's hilus via efferent vessels.
